Conflict is deeply personal. When approaching a ruptured relationship, “settling” a dispute is good. Preserving mutual respect is better. We facilitate communication by inviting each participant to tell their unique story. Then we guide participants to take the perspective of other “characters” in the story in a way that invites new insight. We can use these tools as an initial step toward multi-party mediation or we can help an individual practice a tough conversation. We work with individuals, families, small businesses, and small business units interested in maintaining civil connection after conflict.
Our storytelling approach helps individuals craft their resume and/or prepare for job interviews so that employers understand the authentic, valuable you. We also help nonprofits and small businesses develop interviewing practices to hire the right individuals with the right skills. We use and facilitate storytelling to build connections and promote team building.
